Email login issues for secondary account

Hi,

I am struggling to login to my secondary VM email account which is a blueyonder account using the new app password on my Outlook and Apple apps.

I am not sure which email account to use, can someone DM me please?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with accessing your secondary email address and for any inconvenience this may be causing.  Have you checked the advice offered here?  It has been successful for others.
