Hi,
Since Monday 1st Feb I have not been able to login to my blueyonder email account.
Eventually got through to someone to speak to,took details and advised that the techies would be in touch 7-12working days !!!!
I am cannot wait this long as there is some information I need both personal and business.
This is stressing me out.......
Would anyone know if this would be able to be recovered if the account has been closed(automated no doubt).
Thinking I may just have to accept all is lost and move on.
Any advise would be great
