Since Monday 1st Feb I have not been able to login to my blueyonder email account. Eventually got through to someone to speak to,took details and advised that the techies would be in touch 7-12working days !!!!
I am cannot wait this long as there is some information I need both personal and business.
This is stressing me out.......
Would anyone know if this would be able to be recovered if the account has been closed(automated no doubt).
Thinking I may just have to accept all is lost and move on.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with the E-Mail account. Can you tell me if the E-Mail address is connected to an active Virgin Media service, that is in your name?
If the E-Mail address is connected to an account that is no longer active, the E-Mail address be known as orphaned and we would not be able to get this back for you
If the E-Mail address is connected to a Virgin Media account that is active, but not under your name, we would need to speak to the account holder to have this rectified as this is an account holder only action
