For some reason, as of today, the sign page won't accept my username or password to log in to my ntlworld Email address. When trying the "Forgotten your password" key, it does not regognize my username (ie email address).
We moved home some 6 months ago, but were with Virgin at both addresses. About 3 months ago we did have a kerfuffle over standing orders not being taken, and my wife (technically owner of the account) did reset some of the account details and password - whether this constituded "opening a new account" we're not clear.
I've signed into Vedia Media, and checked the account profile- no Email address appears - but as the account is in her name and the Username is her Gmail email address.
I would stress - this should not be an orphan account issue, and we still have a live Virgin account.
