Hi,
I have been unable to log into my Virgin email address. I reset the password by following the reset link. It confirmed that my password had been changed but when I tried to log into my email with my new password, it still does not accept it.
I have tried this several times over the last couple of days and each time it has confirmed that my password has been changed but when I try to log in, I am still unable to!
I need access to a number of important emails so need to sort this as soon as possible.

I am having same issues and it won't even let me do anything online as won't accept my password or any details and won't let me reset my password either, and only gives me the speel that I have to ring them - line sounds really wobbly too and there's a massive queue - what is happening to Virgin when a simple request can't be done
