Email locked

My email is showing locked. It was working fine until mid afternoon and then suddenly locked.

I followed the instructions and changed my email to a non virgin media / ntlworld email and it worked for 30mins and now showing locked again.

I need access to my email urgently. 
Can anyone help.

Welcome to the CommunityForums and thanks for the post.

Sorry that you have been having this issue, can you confirm for me if you have also gone about changing the password for your MYVM account? You would be able to do this via the forgotten password, this would also change the email password.

Hi,

yeah I have, the trouble is this is a secondary email address and for some reason I am not receiving the email to an external email address when trying to get the reset link.

Have you checked the junk/spam folder?
