Email locked

My virgin media email account has been locked and done a full scan, changed password as advised still cannot access it.

Rung customer services but still not cannot access it, very unhelpful.

One of my blueyonder emails works but another states wrong login data update credentials, tried to do this but still not working.  My husband has the same issue with his email and cannot send emails from his account.

Checked the settings and they are all correct.
