Hi
I have been locked out of my email - I keep getting password not set on my phone and when I try on the laptop using the webmail it says that my email is not available.
My husband has already posted on here to try and get this resolved.
Please can you get this addressed as soon as possible as i am dealing with my father and I need my email to deal with various agencies!!

@jillfaith The VM Forum Team should reach this shortly.
However, if the email address is not associated with a current VM broadband account, they may not be able to get it unlocked.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
I am sorry to hear of the situation you are in here with your mailbox. I have been able to locate the post in which you are referring to also. Just before I do send you a private message - I do need to set the expectation that if the email account is related to an old account it may not be possible for us to do this.
