Email locked out yet again.
Just logged online and reset the password to see if this sorts it out like last week.
Dunno what's going on.

Can we ask when you're re-setting the password are you using a password that is obscure and one you have not used before?
When you are locked out are you getting any error messages?

I don't get any odd error messages, only that my password needs to be entered.
I will try a random obscure password and see if that helps
