Have Virgin updated their email systems?
I cannot log into two accounts attached to the primary account and when I log into my own it says it is a secondary account and the help more button takes you to a payment of your bill page?

Thanks for posting - sorry for the confusion with this email account. Can you confirm, the email you're logging in with, is this the primary email or the secondary?
