spent all day trying to contact VM finally got on chat after 7 hours only to be told they can't help with email and the nice lady (not) then cut me off, Me primary email address is down or at least I am locked out, this is the message I get on webmail

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Alex_RM and one of his colleagues Dylan so much goes unseen when help goes to Private messages but I would just like to say these guys are a credit to VM and are what customer service is all about, My Email outage was sorted within minutes which was my biggest problem, and my issue with intermittent internet drop off is being investigated , I even recommended Alex RM to my son for help with his VM and believe it of not Alex had it sorted almost instantly , so big thanks to them and to the existence of this Virgin media Community
