Email hacked

Help, my husband has had his email account hacked and can not access it. 
I have tried the lost email thing and no luck as it comes up with an issue. 
is there a number we can call as he needs to get into the email to change his passwords on other accounts.

I'm very sorry to hear that your Husband's email account has become compromised. 

How is it you know that the account is hacked? Is it just because you have been unable to access it or something else?

We'd love to help, however firstly can you please confirm if you are the named account holder for the account which the email addresses are linked to? If so, we will be able to help re secure the accounts, however if your Husband is the account holder, we would need to speak with him directly.

You also have the option to reset the passwords via the 'forgotten my password' online.
