Email hacked

I'm an ex virgin media customer haven't been with them for over a year, the last week my ntl World has been taken over I need help closing down this email and deleting it permently from the data base.

I'm glad we have been able to make the request to our team to delete the email address.
As advised it may take up to 5 working days but they tend to get it done much quicker.
