I am sorry to hear that this has happened and you have no access.
Can you run a virus scan on the device and change the password to the online account/ email?

Hi Chris,
We have ran a virus scan and wiped the device but still can't get into the email account online or on the device. The password has been changed so we can't even reset it as we can't get to the email link.
