So fed up. Virgin email has been hacked again. Happened to my husbands email 2 years ago and took so long to sort out he gave up and never used that email address again. Now it’s happened to me and I’m getting emails from companies to verify password and account changes, and from new companies because accounts have been set up using my email address.
I normally get a constant daily stream of junk and spam through the virgin email address but this has gone one step further.
This NEVER happens on my other email address, only the virgin one. I don’t even get junk/spam through my other email address.
Why are virgin email addresses so insecure, what are they not doing that other providers are!
any suggestions? really don’t want to go through weeks of hassle trying to contact virgin like last time. I’m a secondary account holder, main account holder working extremely long hours so not around to deal with them, and really doesn’t want to deal with them after last time.
