Email hacked

I am no longer a Virgin customer, except for mobile,  but still in the 90 day period where I have access to my ntlworld email account. This has been hacked and I need it shut down immediately- any help gratefully received. This appears to be a common problem

Hi, I don't get an option to change my password in my account- I think because I am no longer a customer.  I just need it shut down,  if that us possible.

Just to update, it's now been raised for deletion with IT under reference number P010272865. They'll delete the email within 5 working days
