I am trying to contact virgin media re my email being hacked.. Does anybody have contact details..?

Whilst waiting for them can you confirm if you are a current VM broadband customer and is the email address concerned tied to that account?

Yes a VM broadband customer and the email is tied to the account..
Have you tried to regain access via the forgotten password route?

I am sorry to hear about your email account - what happens when you try to go down the 'forgotten' password route as Graham_A suggested? Also were you able to run a free online virus scanner on your devices as found on the page linked above?
