Email hacked, unable to log in as old account. Please delete

I have an old ntlworld.com email account and it has been hacked. But as I've not been a customer for years I cannot log into Virgin Media account anymore and the service team cannot help me delete the account.

Are you able to assist me in getting this account deleted and removed completely from your system please? Both for my and my contacts' security, gdpr etc, and for Virgin security since the account is hacked.
