Hi,
My husband got his VM email hacked last week. We have contacted the helpdesk, and nothing has been done so far. Today, the password was reset by the hacker and we cannot access that email anymore. The hacker has been using it to hack other people and hack all our accounts too. We have reported this to the police and waiting for VM to cancel that email address.
please could someone help us solving this issue?

If you read down this page it is full of reports of VM mail accounts being hacked. Either a large number of users have been careless about password security, or there is a systemic problem with VM email accounts.
Virgin don't seem to be taking this seriously.
