Hello, I think my virginmedia email has been hacked. I can no longer send or receive mail and can not log into my webmail, as it no longer recognises my email address.
I received an internet security email from Virgin Media on 23rd September and it said my email had been locked. However, as the account I use my email for was not locked, I reset my password for one of my other VM accounts. Then I received another email on Wednesday. I thought it was referring to the same account, so I reset that password again.
However, today I’ve not received any mail, nor a message to say my account is locked. Please can someone help?

I am sorry to hear about whats happened.
Just to clarify please, have you tried to re set the password for the email account we contacted you about?
If so, and you have been unable to do so, what error message are you receiving?
