Have been unable to move or delete or compose emails for 4 weeks . Spent hours on the phone been passed through various departments no one seems to knowWhat to do

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your email service. 

Can you confirm if you have been able to try the email on different devices & sign in clients?

I have tried edge and chrome 

Desk top and ipad

Thank you for that information. Can you confirm the email client you are signing in via? I.e Outlook, Thunderbird, WebMail, etc

Hi Ray.  I have a main, a second and third email account. I'm having exactly the same problem with the secondary account. No commands - delete, move, forward etc and can't send an email. Tried via my laptop and mobile - both the same.

This is currently a known issue affecting multiple customers and our support teams are working flat out to have the issue resolved as soon as they can.

I have just noticed another anomaly if I click on the mail icon I can see mail up to 15/1/23 and it is possible use forward delete etc but not see mail later than January
