Since 24th January, no email.
It's not device side, as the webmail at Virginmedia doesn't work and two agents have tried and couldn't get it to work either (webmail).
Password has been reset to no avail.
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the email issue. Is this just over webmail or through third party client as well?

It's across all devices and the webmail. The two agents I spoke to couldn't login either

I've re-enabled the mailbox for you now on our system. Can you clear cache/cookies for me and then also do a malware scan on all devices. Just to ensure that's been done.

I've been getting the same problem for a couple of days. Your mailbox is unavailable, try again in an hour etc. Can this be looked at?
