Email compromised

I've had my email account compromised, and I am locked out of the account ! What can I do ? I've called VM to no joy !

How do you know its been compromised?

Because I can't log in to retrieve my emails as the password has changed

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems accessing your emails. Rest assured that @Anonymous's questions were relevant and valid - if you no longer have active home services with Virgin Media our ability to help you here would be limited.

 

Usually we'd ask you to try the self-recovery options ('I've forgot my password' etc.) first of all - do those options not work for you? If not, please let us know what happens when you try & we'll be in a better position to help get it sorted.
