I have been asked to contact you via this forum. My husband is unable to log into his emails. I have contacted virgin several times over the last three weeks, each time being told that it would be forwarded to the tech team to look at and Someone would contact me within 5 working days to resolve issue. Up to yet this is still ongoing and not sorted. This has now become urgent, as my husband uses this email account for his business. It has had a major impact on his business as he can’t send any emails to clients or health and safety issues regarding jobs he is working on. I am getting so frustrated, because everyone i speak to via phone or Twitter is telling someone different. Three weeks in and NOTHING has been sorted.
No idea what to do next

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some trouble accessing an email account.
I've been able to look at things from our side and see there is a ticket raised with the IT department, so I can go into more detail I've popped you over a private message (purple envelope, top right hand corner)
