Email box unavailable for last two days

My Blueyonder email account has been unavailable - please return in an hour - for two days. Can someone please look at it.

I've tried different devices, different browers and have reset the password.

I've had to get my partner to verify my user profile on this forum as my bloody email isn't working!!!!

My email is unavailable

Getting no authentication on my email - server unavailable - try again in an hour.   Been like this for 48 hours.

Can someone anyone fix it before I leave VM for good.

email is still unavailable - three days now!

Can someone private message me and tell me what is going on!!!!!!

I've changed my password, tried different browsers for web-mail and different devices.

Hi andyp1964,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums, sorry to hear that you are not able to access your emails. it maybe that the mailbox isn't attached to an active Virgin Media account. If it isn't then there isn't any way to recover the mailbox since do automatically terminate after 90 of the account closing. No - it's definitely connected tp an active account. I've been a customer for over 20 years - but not much longer!
