I have emails from a company being blocked by Virgin, not sure how to resolve as it indicates I may have accidently marked then as spam, the mesages are not going into my spam folder
maybe it could be due to a filter rule i set up in emal, but I dont know how to find them to cancel/delete,

We've checked our mail reports and the emails are showing as being blocked as spam by your email address with the message 'the recipient previously marked your messages as spam'. We will put a request in for this to be removed
Given that the sender is requesting the block be cleared it is likely the issue lies within their systems and Virgin Media never received the email. Query with the sender whether this is the case and what actions on your part might lead to this.
