Email authentication

I have 2 blueyonder email addresses listed in the email accounts area. One of them will not let me sign in, the message I getting is

‘the entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them’

i have tried existing and changing passwords, checked settings against other email account but I can’t sort it.

Please can anyone advise me or do I need to contact VM?
