I am due to leave virgin as I’m moving to an area where virgin isn’t yet found. I understand my email address will be deactivated which is fine. I do however have an email linked to my account which my mother in law uses. She is a virgin customer now. Can we move this email to her account so she doesn’t lose it just because I’m moving? Thanks
VM will not move email between accounts. And they will not let her have a new email address on her own account because they have stopped issuing email accounts. She will need a new email address with a different provider.
