I have changed my email account to a new outlook account that I have. When I try to change my contact details email, it says verify by email link, the email link either doesn’t arrive or when it eventually does, says link expired. I have tried to do this at least 15 times without success?!? Please Virgin can you assist.

Can you confirm if you're able to access your emails via your My Virgin Media account, via a web browser okay?
Hi Alex, my registered contact email address with virgin media is a hotmail account and emails have always arrived fine. I will be cancelling this email account soon though, I have changed the registered address (for login) to my new outlook account and this worked fine, but the contact email address when I request change to outlook, either doesn’t generate the verification link email, or if it does arrive, when I click to confirm it states link expired and asks me to do it again. I have been trying for about a week now, please help!
