Email address password

Need to reset my blue yonder email password however no longer a Virgin media customer. Following the password reset on virgin media website, it does not recognise my email address as my username.

any ideas?

Hello

As you are no longer a customer it is more than likely that it has been caught in the deletion of Orphaned accounts, as to be able to use a Virginmedia email address you have to be a VM broadband customer.

All that VM support can do is too make sure it is deleted.
