Email accounts

Hi all.

Due to a house move I have to cancel my Virgin account as the area I have moved to is not covered. I do however still retain two mobile accounts. I have a message on the account telling me I have 90 days to save emails. Will my email accounts be closed or do they remain open as I am still a Virgin customer on mobile?

Hello

Email accounts are tied to your broadband account, without a current broadband account your emails will close in 90 days, in some cases could be active longer but don't rely on that.
