l've stopped receiving emails regarding my bills and statements.l tried to log in to my account only to be told my email address is 'not recognised' Can you tell me how this can happen with an email address l've had for 3 years which is supposedly hard wired?

Thank you for reaching back out to us, sorry to hear you have stopped receiving Emails, you advised you have had the Email for 3 years, was the Email attached to a previous account, did you bring it over when you moved?
