Hi I’m new to the forum, but cannot access my my email even though I went through a one and half hour resetting exercise yesterday to recover it. User and passwords changed twice but still locked out. Any ideas?
A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We're sorry to hear that you're currently locked out of your emails and a password reset has not resolved the issue.
We can see that you have already contacted out team who have raised this with our IT department on your behalf. As this has already been assigned to our IT team, they will be in contact in in the next 5-7 working days with regard to a resolution to your issue.
Please post back with an update once you have been contacted by our team.

Thanks for your reply. I have now been without my email account for around a week now, why is this taking so long surely this is not a complicated problem. It was caused by VM updating spam controls. Can this be reversed and then investigated? I need access to the email account for urgent comms.
