Email account locked - not receiving emails

I got an email from the Virgin internet security about one of my secondary accounts... which now appears to be locked. I can log into the account and see existing emails but I have not received any new ones since Monday. I have tried resetting the password but it makes no difference. Can anyone help advise how I get this sorted? Thanks

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with the secondary emal account.
