Email account hacked

Spoken with loads of people at virgin over 2 x days. Still not resolved. In fact, the situation is worse now. Can't access emails. Waited in for a call back this evening at 6pm. 2 x hours later, still no call. I tried to ring them at 7.56pm on hold for 22 x mins. Still no answer. What's going on? I need help from virgin and they're not helping at all.

This isn't going to help but I feel your pain.

If you can describe in detail what has happened perhaps someone will have a solution.

My email account is also hacked and virgin appear to have no way for me to close it or change password to lock the hacker out, so they are busy trying to do a password reset on every website on the internet to take over my life.

What is happening with the email, can you not login in, is it coming up with an error?
