Email account hacked.

Hi. My old Virgin email account has been hacked and I am being blackmailed!! Somebody has taken over the emails and changing all my account passwords. They are asking for bit coin. Virgin media say they can’t help as it is an old closed account but I still used the email?? I’m at my wits end. What can I do????

Sorry to hear your mailbox has been hacked. This should have been deleted 90 days after your broadband services were cancelled but some do slip through the net!

I'm going to pop you a PM now to confirm some details and we can raise a ticket with our IT team to get this deleted.
