I am no longer a Virginmedia customer but have stupidly kept using the blueyonder email address... I have been hacked and cannot access the account to change password. I see others on here in same boat, can a virgin mod please contact me to help e delete the account urgently

Thanks for your reply, as an ex virgin customer it does not recognise the email address so I have no way of changing the password.

We can certainly get that deleted for you.
