Hi,
My wife's email address has been deleted or deactivated, our old contract expired with virgin and we took out a new control, when this happened her email has stopped working completely, I'm assuming it's been deactivated? How do we regain access ? She's had that email for about 10 years,
I did phone and speak to someone about 4 weeks ago and she said IT would be on the case, I didnt hear anything since.
Any support would be greatly appreciated,
