Hello

i had virgin broadband years ago and had a blue yonder email. This email isn’t accessible anymore Iv tried few times with different passwords. I would like to access it for a short time create a password so I can take it off my Xbox account as BY email is still attached to the console. I would like to use my regular Hotmail for the Xbox as I’m no longer your customer.

@gerrybing Sadly if the blueyonder email address concerned has been deleted, as should happen when you cease to be a VM broadband customer, there is no way for it to be made available even for a short time.

You will need to seek alternative ways to reset your Xbox account.
