Hi Lee. Junebrideski raised this specific issue, not me. However, the issue's 'root cause' of Virgin Media pages working with some browsers but not others hasn't been resolved from my viewpoint. I'm afraid clearing browser history and cache (and even cookies) makes no difference.

This issue with Browsers is not VMs fault, browsers have become more complicated over the years. TLS and SSL versions have changed (updated) and older versions deprecated but the authors of these browsers attempt to include support for the older versions of TLS/SSL.
It may well be a conflict in your particluar set up of the browser as to how it handles TLS/SSL which i have found out as these deprecated versions mess withh RSS feeds.

@Junebrideski, if Incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + N) did not resolve the issue can you try with a new profile?

In that case, VM need to specify exactly which browsers their pages are compatible with? As I mentioned, they have a page on recommended browsers but even if you have 'vanilla' and bang-up-to-date installs of some of them (I have those for Opera, Firefox, Edge and even IE11) they simply won't work properly with several VM pages. I suspect it's down to the usual issue of lack of testing (and VM is far from being the only company to skimp on that!) and expecting the poor old user to find the bugs?

Glad to hear this is resolved for you now @Junebrideski with the work around.
We do try and keep our pages compatible with the ever changing/upgrading browsers, sometimes this is not possible and when we do notice a growing issue with a certain browser and one of our webpages / services we will look to investigate and try to let our customers know here.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues. We'll be more than happy to help :).
