Suddenly today I am unable to send or receive emails on my ntlworld account on my iPhone. A message said that my password was incorrect (same password I have always used). I deleted my account from the phone and set it up again with new password but that has not fixed the problem.
Any ideas please?

@Tymawr50 The first thing that you should check is if you can access the email address concerned via VM webmail at this link:

That is good, so that with the new password you can access the email address via webmail. The problem with the phone must be down to the settings. Have you checked them against the current ones as set out here:

I have resolved this issue. Apparently my password was too long!! 🤷♀️
