When I left virginmedia I assume I had 90 days access to my account and old emails. Virginmedia cut me off on day 1, they say it was an error but there is nothing they can do to reverse it. Is there away to get access to my old email address
If that was the run of the mill customer service agents, they wouldn't have a clue what can and cannot be done. As VM assured the regulator Ofcom that customers have 90 days post contract to migrate email during a recent review of post-contract email access arrangements, I'd have thought they would actually have the systems in place to at least deliver that. I'll flag this for the forum staff, they'll undoubtedly have to refer the question on to technical staff for an answer.
