Email Not working

Hi,

I am having trouble logging into My email account. I’ve had no email been delivered to my iPhone. When I go onto virgin website and try and log into my email account I get a message saying forbidden.

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. We appreciate how frustrating this can be when you can't access your emails.

 

Can we ask if you have tried to change the password through your online account? You can see how to do this here

 

We also advised to do an anti virus scan on all devices that you are trying to access the impacted email on and check the auto forwarding rules which may have been set up in web mail.

 

Please can you try the above and if you still require assistance come back to us so we can assist you further.

Hi Jodi,

I did change my password but it still wouldn’t let me into it. I can’t look into it online and also I’ll get nothing delivered to my iPhone or tablet. still keeps saying Forbidden.

Thanks for following Jodi's advice and coming back to us with an update. 

Would you please try deleting and clearing your cache and cookies from all your web browsers please?

I cleared the cache and cookies still try to logon but still got the same message

Having the same problem as a lot of people, can't access account, round in circles.

Can get emails to phone but can't access account or email on laptop.

Any help Guy's !!!!!

I am sorry to hear you are having troubles accessing your email via your laptop. 

Can you please expand on what happens when you try?
