Email Non-delivery

One of my clients consistently gets non delivery notifications when sending my [MOD EDIT: Removed] email address.  I received the message below from a the client in explanation of the problem.  Would be grateful of any help to solve the problem:-

WiseTech advised that the [MOD EDIT: Removed] receiving servers have an issue with receiving relay emails from CargoWise One (and all other emails seems OK which leads them to believe it is a receiving email server issue at this point in time).

WiseTech is currently researching for some further information on the [MOD EDIT: Removed] issue. Kindly asked your client to check with their email provider, I have attached the email log for a 'delivery delayed' (NDR) email to [MOD EDIT: Removed] against the eDocs tab. it contains the Message Header & Message Body.

I have flagged this with the community moderators so they can redact the personal email addresses you have posted in a public forum for all to see, including spammers and other miscreants.

On the face of it it looks as if your client needs to get their email provider to sort out the issues with their sending servers as detailed in the log file.

It would help to see the actual NDR| they are getting.

Incidentally what's been sent isn't the mail log, but rather the email headers.  While they can be useful to trace mail issues.  The NDR or any actual log messages from the mail server would be far better in this case.
