Email Mailbox nightmare!!! Unable to access my emails.

Although I've spoken to several technical advisors at Virgin Media both through the online chat bots, staying on the phone for over 6 hours and emailing the team nothing has worked.
They have tried changing my password, resetting my broadband and many other things with no results. I am seriously thinking of alternative providers at this point as I just want to access my emails. Anyone know how I can access my mailbox again?
