Email Mailbox nightmare!!! Unable to access my emails.

Although I've spoken to several technical advisors at Virgin Media both through the online chat bots, staying on the phone for over 6 hours and emailing the team nothing has worked.

They have tried changing my password, resetting my broadband and many other things with no results. I am seriously thinking of alternative providers at this point as I just want to access my emails. Anyone know how I can access my mailbox again?

My apologies for the delayed reply and the email issues.

 

Normally this is fixed by us enabling the mailbox on our side. I'll PM you now to resolve this.
