Why has the logn start point changed --
I have two Emails one blueyonder one virginmedia.com
although the virginmedia.com one still exists and my phone sees it
I can not log onto it online ...
EMAILS tab in virginmedia account screen logss into Blueyonder one automatically
and if given a log in screen - it only allows the blueyonder account -- virginmedia one says review account details ??
is old log in method just out of action / due to return ????

Can we please confirm if you're speaking regarding the My Virgin Media login? This would be one email login and password to get to the account in question.
