Email Locked due to spam + Unknown sub account unable to delete

I've Received a text message saying my email has been locked due to suspected spam. 

I've still got access to my email addresses so not sure which email address is impacted.

anyone else had this and know how to find which email address is locked.

also i've seen an sub account from an unknown email address, i'm not aware of, when i try and delete it errors out.

Security usually lock all email accounts linked to the account in such circumstances.

You should be able to see all the addressees associated with your account when you log into My Virginmedia with your primary account details.

If you don't know the primary username check for it here:

virgin-media-reset-username-and-password

Thanks, this is what I thought, however all my email accounts are unlocked.
