Email Issues

Been unable to delete/reply/forward emails from my ntlworld/virgin media inbox for at least 6 weeks now.

This is causing all sorts of problems as I deal with bank/insurance and other official departments via email like many others. 

I know other users are having the same issue - can someone PLEASE tell me what is going on and to whom further up the ladder I can complain to!
