Yesterday when I clicked onto my email app, it asked me to login again. When I went to do this, it asked from my IMAP and SMTP password. Unsure as to what these were, I typed in my usual email password, but couldn't get into my account.
I tried logining it on my laptop but it told me my mailbox is not available at the moment. Finally, I tired downloading another app only for it to say 'POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. Check your email settings on the web and try again.'
I have no idea what has happened or what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I understand it has been a few days since you last posted about this, so please let me know if you managed to resolve it.
However, if you're still having issues, can you first try using a different browser to login to your email.
