Hi there
My very old email address (ntlworld account) has been hacked and someone is using it to change other user names and passwords. It has also has stopped syncing to my phone so I can't send any password reset emails to the account.
Could someone from Virgin please help me get access back to my account please?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account, are you a current Virgin Media customer or not?
If you are no longer a customer we may only be able to delete the current email account but if you are a current customer we will be able to re-activate your account and enable you to access it once again.

Unfortunately I am not longer a customer of Virgin. So if deleting my account is the only option then could you go ahead with this please?
