I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with your email account. Just to confirm, have you been able to run a virus scan on all home devices then change your password to see if this helps resolve the issue?

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I've since logged into the main account, accessed the secondary account, generated a new password and recovery question as VM had deleted the old one. The secondary account can now be accessed again. Thanks.
